  • Custom-cut items or large freight orders may require additional handling time.

  • Once your order ships, you will receive tracking information by email or SMS (if provided).

⚠️ Shipping Damage & Liability

MaterialAve.com is not responsible for any damage incurred during transit by the shipping carrier.
We strongly recommend selecting a shipping method with insurance, especially for large or fragile items.

If your order arrives damaged:

  1. Take clear photos of the damaged item and packaging immediately.

  2. Contact the shipping carrier to initiate a damage claim.

  3. Notify us at Sales@MaterialAve.com so we can assist where possible.


📦 Shipping Insurance

  • Insurance is highly recommended for large or valuable shipments.

  • If you'd like to add insurance to your order, please let us know at checkout or contact us immediately after purchase.

  • We are not liable for lost, stolen, or damaged packages that are uninsured.


🚫 Undeliverable & Refused Shipments

Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information. Orders returned due to incorrect address, refusal, or non-delivery will incur:

  • Original shipping cost

  • Return shipping charges

  • Restocking fees (if applicable)
